Position Summary
Grace Harbour is seeking a Licensed Therapist to perform comprehensive outpatient behavioral health assessments via telehealth for individuals and families referred through our community and state partnerships. This role is ideal for clinicians seeking flexible hours remote work and supplemental income while contributing to meaningful outcomes.
Location: Remote (Telehealth must be independently licensed (LPC LISW-CP LMFT etc.) in South Carolina)
Schedule: Part-Time / Flexible
Compensation: This position is compensated using variable pay.
Orientation: $25
Variable amount: $300
Position Type: Part-Time Employment with opportunities for additional work as available and potential to transition to full-time.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct clinical and psychosocial assessments in accordance with South Carolina Medicaid and Rehabilitative Behavioral Health Services (RBHS) Manual (RBHS) standards.
Complete required clinical documentation within agency and payer timeframes.
Formulate accurate diagnoses and treatment recommendations.
Coordinate with internal and external providers as needed to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain compliance with all ethical legal and professional standards.
Participate in required trainings and maintain active professional licensure.

Qualifications
Masters degree in Counseling Social Work Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
Active South Carolina licensure required: LPC LMFT or LISW-CP (or eligible).
Experience conducting clinical assessments and familiarity with DSM-5 diagnostic criteria.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable using secure telehealth and electronic record systems.
Must have reliable internet connection and private workspace.
