WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR IN A PAYROLL SPECIALIST - ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK
Proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel is preferred. We just ask that you meet the following qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in payroll and accounts receivable
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Excellent computer and communication skills
- High attention to detail

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR PAYROLL SPECIALIST - ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK
The position with our accounting team is full-time with flexible hours available from 7 AM to 4 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday.
In this role youll handle payroll processing manage accounts receivable and perform reconciliations-all while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Your day will involve balancing numbers solving problems and supporting a team that relies on your expertise to keep operations running seamlessly.
