Job Summary:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Physical Therapistfor an exciting job in Anchorage AK.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive PT evaluations and develop individualized care plans.
Provide therapeutic interventions including mobility strengthening balance and functional training.
Document evaluations progress notes and discharge plans per facility and regulatory guidelines.
Collaborate with nursing OT ST and interdisciplinary LTC teams to support coordinated care.
Educate residents and caregivers on exercise programs mobility techniques and safety.
Ensure therapy services meet LTC standards compliance requirements and patient goals.

Qualifications:

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Alaska or eligibility to obtain.
Minimum 1 year of recent PT experience; LTC/SNF preferred.
Strong knowledge of rehabilitation practices and documentation systems.
Ability to work variable daytime shifts (8s or 12s).
Excellent communication teamwork and patient-focused care skills.
