Data Centre Logistics and Material Lead

Scope of Works and Deliverables:

Candidate to be based in Thailand

Candidate should have 10 years of relevant experience with proficiency in English and Thai (Writing Reading Speaking skills)

Oversee end-to-end logistics operations including inbound and outbound transportation warehousing and inventory control to ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.

Coordinate with construction teams and suppliers to align material delivery schedules with project timelines and milestones.

Implement and monitor material tracking systems to ensure accurate reporting of stock levels usage rates and reordering needs.

Ensure compliance with safety environmental and regulatory standards in all logistics and material handling activities.

Optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs improve efficiency and minimize delays or disruptions.

Manage logistics budgets and forecasts ensuring alignment with overall project financial plans.

Lead the development of logistics contingency plans to mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions transportation delays or material shortages.

Evaluate and select third-party logistics providers negotiating contracts and service level agreements to support project needs.

Support the procurement team by providing insights into lead times delivery constraints and supplier performance.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between procurement construction and project management teams to ensure seamless material flow.

Develop and maintain logistics KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.

Train and mentor logistics staff to build capability and ensure adherence to best practices.
