Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare food in accordance with portion and quality standards specified in recipes.
Assist department head to controls and monitors departmental costs on an ongoing basis to ensure performance against budget
Provides support on daily operations and mise en place
Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships
Attends and participates in training sessions as scheduled
Ensure that all relevant buffet / display set-ups are prepared ahead of guests arrival and in adherence with hotel standards
Communicates politely and display courtesy to guests and internal customers
Assists with the preparation presentation decoration and storage of dishes.
Prepares in advance food beverage material and equipment needed for the service
Cleans and re-sets working area
Ensure that uniforms are always clean and tidy
Performs related duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
With 1 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
