At CGI we are looking for a Product Owner to join an international project.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in computer science Software Engineering or related fields.
- Conversational English (B2 or higher).
- 3-6 years of experience as a Product Owner Product Manager or Business Analyst in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Proven track record managing software or automation products through the full lifecyclefrom ideation to deployment.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks backlog management and sprint execution tools (e.g. Azure DevOps Jira Confluence).
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Engineering DevOps QA Operations).
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate insights into product improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain the product backlog ensuring stories and acceptance criteria are clear actionable and aligned with business value.
- Partner with product managers architects and engineering teams to define features integrations and enhancements for end-to-end fulfillment workflows.
- Collaborate closely with Developers QA Engineers and Analysts to deliver features using Agile principles.
- Facilitate backlog grooming sprint planning and release readiness activities.
- Track progress against milestones and KPIs to ensure measurable outcomes.
- Identify dependencies risks and process gaps driving mitigation and continuous improvement.
- Support data-driven decision-making through analytics and reporting alignment across domains.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Automated Fulfillment Logistics or Pharmacy Operations.
- Exposure to Cloud-based systems APIs and data integration.
- Familiarity with Data & Analytics platforms and BI tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or large multi-team delivery environments.
- Technical understanding of workflow automation or robotics systems.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification.
Complementary Skills:
- A skilled Product Owner is sought to lead product planning backlog management and delivery execution across two main areas: Fill Pack & Ship and Data & Analytics.
- This individual will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams ensuring alignment of priorities defining clear user stories and driving the development of scalable data-driven solutions that support Walgreens fulfillment modernization strategy.
