Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Sales
- Serve as the main point of contact for wedding inquiries consultations and site visits.
- Build strong relationships with prospective couples understanding their unique needs and translating them into tailored wedding experiences.
- Present and upsell wedding packages venues and additional services to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Events team to develop strategies that attract luxury wedding clientele.
Event Planning & Execution
- Work closely with clients from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up ensuring seamless planning and coordination.
- Liaise with internal teams (culinary banquet AV housekeeping etc.) to ensure flawless execution of wedding events.
- Prepare and review event orders floor plans and timelines ensuring accuracy and alignment with the couples vision.
- Oversee wedding day operations providing hands-on support and ensuring all details meet the highest luxury standards.
Collaboration & Vendor Coordination
- Build and maintain relationships with high-end wedding vendors including florists decorators photographers and entertainment providers.
- Negotiate and manage external partnerships to enhance wedding offerings while maintaining brand standards.
- Stay updated on wedding industry trends and luxury event innovations to elevate the guest experience.
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of bookings contracts and financial details within the hotels event management system.
- Provide regular reports on wedding sales client feedback and market trends to leadership.
- Ensure all contracts and agreements comply with hotel policies and brand guidelines.
Qualifications :
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in wedding planning luxury events or catering sales preferably in a five-star hotel or luxury venue.
- Strong knowledge of wedding trends cultural traditions and high-end event execution.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a guest-centric approach.
- Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
