This is an excellent opportunity for a Geography ECT looking to build confidence in delivering KS3KS4 with structured support and high-quality teaching resources. The successful ECT will follow a carefully planned induction process including team planning sessions observation opportunities and training on classroom routines curriculum sequencing and assessment.
