The Role What Youll Do
Deliver stimulating Mathematics lessons across KS4KS5.
Teach core areas including algebra mechanics statistics and problem-solving.
Use AFL data and personalised feedback to embed long-term mastery.
Support enrichment including Maths Olympiads UKMT and Further Maths clubs.
Contribute to schemes of work digital teaching resources and exam preparation.
Maintain high expectations for behaviour progress and ambition.
Participate in wider school responsibilities and pastoral care.
Person Specification
Essential
Degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
QTS/PGCE.
Strong KS4KS5 curriculum knowledge.
Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Commitment to safeguarding and pupil welfare.
Desirable
Edexcel experience.
Experience running STEM or problem-solving enrichment.
Ability to support university applications for Maths-heavy degrees.
