The Role What Youll Do
Deliver dynamic Business lessons at KS4KS5.
Teach core content including marketing finance operations and business decision-making.
Provide clear feedback to ensure excellent progress and exam performance.
Support enrichment such as Young Enterprise entrepreneurship clubs and competitions.
Contribute to schemes of work digital resources and examination preparation.
Encourage a culture of ambition effort and academic curiosity.
Participate in wider school life and pastoral duties.
Person Specification
Essential
Degree in Business Economics or a related discipline.
QTS/PGCE.
Strong subject knowledge and understanding of exam requirements.
Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.
Desirable
Experience with AQA or Edexcel at GCSE/A-Level.
Experience leading Business-related enrichment.
