The Opportunity & School Profile
This Outstanding Harrow primary academy requires an experienced Site Manager to cover a period of maternity leave. The school needs a proactive manager to maintain the security compliance and overall maintenance of its modern primary facilities. This role is critical for ensuring the environment supports the academys high standards of teaching and learning.
Core Responsibilities & Scope
- Operational Organiser: Overseeing daily site schedules managing security and coordinating temporary support staff.
- Compliance Controller: Responsibility for all statutory H&S checks fire safety routines and risk assessments specific to key primary areas.
- Facilities Fixer: Managing planned and reactive maintenance supervising contractors and ensuring quick turnaround on minor repairs.
Compensation & Benefits

- Salary Range: Competitive salary reflecting Outer London weighting (ranging from 38000 - 45000 per annum).
