Job Summary
Wayman Education is seeking a committed Year 4 Teacher for a welcoming primary school in Merton with the role starting January 2026. This Year 4 Teacher will lead stimulating lessons contribute to curriculum development and support pupils academic and personal growth. The school in Merton is known for its inclusive culture well-behaved pupils and strong leadership.

Responsibilities
- Teach well-planned Year 4 lessons with clear progression across all subjects.
- Provide effective feedback and maintain up-to-date assessment records.
- Collaborate on curriculum planning and share best practice within KS2.
- Lead small groups and differentiated activities to support varied learning needs.
- Engage in wider school initiatives and community events.
Person specification
- QTS with a solid understanding of KS2 pedagogy.
- Evidence of strong classroom practice and effective behaviour management.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ready to work within a dedicated team in Merton.
- Available for a January 2026 start.
