Role Overview
The Caretaker will support the Site Manager with maintenance security and day-to-day duties across the school site.
Responsibilities
Carry out repairs maintenance and general caretaking tasks
Assist with security including opening/locking up the school
Monitor the condition of the site and report issues promptly
Support school events including setting up rooms and equipment
Ensure health & safety procedures are followed
Requirements
Experience in a caretaking site or maintenance role
Reliability initiative and strong work ethic
Willingness to work flexibly around school requirements
