The Role
You will teach Physics across KS3KS5 delivering challenging and inspiring lessons that deepen students conceptual understanding and help them develop the analytical skills required for further scientific study. Practical work and mathematical application are at the heart of the departments approach supported by modern labs advanced data-logging equipment and digital simulation tools that bring abstract concepts to life.
You will have the opportunity to shape enrichment activities including STEM clubs astrophysics workshops science fairs robotics challenges and visits to universities or research centres. The school encourages teachers to take a lead in areas of interest from curriculum innovation to mentoring Sixth Form students through EPQs or Oxbridge preparation.
