Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-performing secondary school in Leeds. This is a full-time permanent position offering an excellent opportunity to take responsibility for the smooth running safety and maintenance of a large and well-regarded school site.

Role Responsibilities
Managing the overall maintenance security and daily running of the school site
Supervising caretaking and cleaning teams
Conducting inspections and responding to maintenance issues promptly
Liaising with contractors ensuring compliance and overseeing site projects
Ensuring all health & safety requirements and statutory checks are completed
Managing budgets stock levels and site improvements
Experience and Qualifications
Previous experience as a Site Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of H&S legislation and compliance
Practical/DIY or trade skills highly desirable
Excellent organisational and leadership abilities
Salary
Paid according to experience on the local support staff scale.
