Role Responsibilities
Maintaining and monitoring the schools network servers and switches
Troubleshooting connectivity and performance issues
Managing user accounts security permissions and backups
Overseeing cybersecurity protocols and compliance
Supporting classroom technology AV systems and school events
Assisting with long-term ICT planning and infrastructure upgrades
Experience and Qualifications
Experience in network administration or advanced IT support
Strong knowledge of Windows Server Active Directory and networking hardware
Excellent diagnostic and communication skills
Relevant IT/networking certifications desirable
Salary
Paid on support staff scale depending on experience.
