The school seeks a specialist fluent in programming and computational theory capable of inspiring students across both KS3 and KS4. This role is crucial for maintaining the academys high standards in a rapidly growing and vital subject area.
Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope
- Algorithm Architect: Instructing Computer Science across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE).
- Code Debugger: Driving high attainment in programming proficiency computational thinking and fostering complex problem-solving skills.
- Tech Mentor: Contributing to extracurricular coding clubs or robotics initiatives enriching student experience in digital fields.
Compensation & Benefits
- Essential Requirements: Relevant Degree in Computer Science or related field and QTS. Experience teaching KS4 is vital.
- Salary: Excellent salary paid on the national Teachers Pay Scale (M/UPS).
