Job Summary
Arboriculture Machine Operator
East Midlands & National
Salary: Competitive overtime vehicle
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40/week MonFri
Join Ground Control as an Arboriculture Machine Operator and play a key role in delivering safe high-quality tree works across railways highways utilities and construction sites nationwide.
What youll do:
- Operate and maintain arboriculture machinery safely and efficiently
- Carry out tree works to project and industry standards
- Keep worksites vehicles and tools clean safe and compliant
- Work as part of a skilled team to complete projects on time
Essential:
- NPTC Units 201 & 202 (Chainsaw maintenance & cross-cutting)
- NPTC Unit 203 (Felling & processing trees)
- NPTC FMO Crane-fed chipper/base unit
- First Aid Forestry qualification
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable: CPCS/NPORS PTS & Highways Passport Rope & Harness Aerial Cutting
