Required Skills : * Corporate in-house experience - worked on large-scale digital products-not just agency sprints or freelance gigs * A strategic UX thinker who can ask the right questions challenge assumptions and propose experience-led solutions * Strong skills in wireframing user flows and prototyping-you know how to visualize ideas quickly and clearly * Proficiency in Figma is a must * Experience working within and contributing to a design system * A storyteller who can walk stakeholders through the -why- behind design decisions-what business problem was solved what user need was met * A team player who thrives in collaborative environments not someone looking to work in a silo * Comfortable going toe-to-toe with product owners and engineers advocating for the user while understanding constraints
