Job Summary
Job Summary: Hospice Home Health/Registered Nurse
- Provide nursing care to hospice and home health patients
- Start dates: 12/15 or 12/29
- Work schedule: 40 hours/week
- Option 1: 5x8 hour shifts Monday Friday 8:00am 4:30pm
- Option 2: 4x10 hour shifts Monday Thursday 8:00am 6:30pm
- Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience required
- Not accepting first-time travelers
- On-call and weekend shifts required as needed
- Local candidates not accepted (100-mile radius rule applies)
- Active compliant nursing license required (no pending licenses; NLC guidelines apply)
- All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of application
