Job Overview
We are hiring German-speaking Airline Contact Centre Agents to support customers with airline-related inquiries. The role involves delivering excellent customer service handling reservations and general queries and ensuring a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced contact centre environment.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and digital channels

Assist with flight information bookings changes and general support

Provide accurate and timely information to customers

Document customer interactions clearly in internal systems

Meet quality and productivity KPIs

Deliver professional customer service in German and English
Requirements

German C2 (spoken and written)
-
English C1
-
Previous customer service or contact centre experience is an advantage

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Customer-oriented mindset
-
Good computer and multitasking skills
-
Ability to work rotational shifts within business hours
Salary & Benefits
Hourly Rate & Approx. Monthly Salary

Month 1: 5.60/hour 970/month

Month 2: 8.10/hour 1400/month

After Probation: 8.50/hour 1470/month

After 12 Months (performance-based): 8.75/hour 1515/month

After 18 Months (performance-based): 9.20/hour 1595/month
