A top-ranked Am Law 200 firm is seeking a skilled Associate with four to six years of commercial real estate experience to join its Commercial Real Estate Development Practice Group in Boston.
In this role you will work closely with developers and lenders on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions public and private financings and affordable housing projects. You will be part of a collaborative team that handles some of the regions most impactful development matters.

What Were Looking For:
- A minimum of four years experience representing developers in sophisticated commercial real estate matters
- Strong background in acquisitions public and private financing transactions and preferably affordable housing
- Solid fundamentals including:
- Title and survey review
- Drafting and negotiating acquisition documents
- Reviewing a broad set of loan documents
- Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work setting
- Prior experience in an established law firm
- Admission to the Massachusetts bar
- Outstanding academic credentials and excellent writing research negotiation and communication skills
Compensation:
For Massachusetts applicants the target base salary range is $195000 to $210000 determined by class year experience level and qualifications.
