Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solution Architect with deep technical expertise in Java Spring Boot and AWS who can also take on Product Owner (PO) responsibilities.

This hybrid role requires a unique blend of technical leadership and product vision to drive the design development and delivery of scalable cloud-native solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Architecture

Design and architect scalable secure and high-performance applications using Java Spring Boot and AWS services
Define microservices architecture integration patterns and deployment strategies
Lead technical decision-making and ensure alignment with enterprise standards
Oversee database design and optimization especially with Amazon RDS (PostgreSQL)

Product Ownership

Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision roadmap and backlog
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories
Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and technical feasibility
Act as the primary liaison between business development and QA teams

Delivery & Leadership

Guide development teams through implementation testing and deployment
Ensure CI/CD pipelines are efficient and aligned with DevOps best practices
Conduct code reviews performance assessments and technical mentoring
Monitor application performance and drive continuous improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications

8 years of experience in Java development with strong expertise in Spring Boot
Proven experience architecting solutions on AWS (EC2 Lambda API Gateway RDS S3 CloudFormation)
Solid understanding of microservices REST APIs and event-driven architecture
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitHub Actions AWS CodePipeline)
Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL including schema design and performance tuning
Experience in Agile methodologies and working as a Product Owner
Excellent communication stakeholder management and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

AWS Certification (e.g. Solutions Architect DevOps Engineer)
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent
Experience with containerization (Docker Kubernetes)
Familiarity with monitoring tools (CloudWatch Prometheus ELK stack)
