Job Summary

Qualified applicants should be prepared to engage in civil and commercial litigation and have the ability to handle all aspects of the litigation process. Applicants will be expected to support clients with their non-litigation needs. Candidates should have experience with development of case strategy legal research preparation of responsive pleadings briefs and memoranda and communicating with clients regarding legal strategies and courses of action. Candidates must have experience preparing cases by gathering evidence preparing written discovery taking and defending depositions and attending court hearings and mediation. Trial experience is a plus.
