The Senior Systems Analyst/System Administrator role supports a Child Support Management System by maintaining system performance ensuring availability and coordinating upgrades. This position combines system administration analysis and support to keep environments secure compliant and operational. - Maintaining system performance.
- Ensuring system availability.
- Coordinating application and infrastructure upgrades.
- Troubleshooting application issues and implementing preventive solutions.
- Leading technical teams.
- Managing end-to-end SDLC projects.
- Developing solutions to complex problems.
- Advising officials on systems design and IT forecasts.
- Stakeholder management.
- Maintaining system performance.
- Ensuring system availability.
- Coordinating application and infrastructure upgrades.
- Troubleshooting application issues and implementing preventive solutions.
- Leading technical teams.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- Five (5) years of experience in the design of business applications on complex IT systems.
- Broad knowledge of data sources data flow and system interactions.
- Advanced knowledge of computer equipment and software applications.
- Advanced systems design techniques.
- Experience with Software Design Implementation Deployment Inter-connection Solution Architecture.
- Five (5) years of experience in the design of business applications on complex IT systems.
