Job Title: Technical Data Lead

Location: NYC NY

Duration: 24 Months with Possible Extension

Years of Experience: 14 Yrs

Role Overview:

The Technical Data Lead is the senior technical authority overseeing all aspects of data cleansing conversion extraction architecture and technical strategy.
The role supervises technical analysts ensures alignment with PAS implementation and leads all complex conversion performance tuning and reconciliation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Define data extraction architecture and technical data transformation strategies
Lead development and execution of conversion scripts for test and production
Develop and optimize performance test scripts for conversion runs
Oversee development of conversion routines reconciliation tools balancing procedures and checklists
Resolve complex data quality issues and supervise cleansing activities
Produce and manage Data Cleansing Audit Reports (DCCAR)
Ensure synchronization between conversion work and PAS development schedule
Provide technical leadership to stakeholders and ensure compliance with project standards

Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum 7 10 years technical data migration experience (RFP requires at least 5 years but this is a senior role).
Strong technical leadership experience.
Deep hands-on expertise with Oracle SQL PL/SQL ETL tooling automation scripts.
Experience with data conversion for enterprise platforms such as Vitech V3.
Ability to design architecture lead complex conversions and manage testing cycles.

Required Certification:

Oracle Data Migration related certification (per RFP)
