The Rebar Detailer prepares accurate code-compliant reinforcing steel shop drawings for U.S. Canadian and other international construction projects. The detailer collaborates with engineers fabricators and contractors to ensure flawless detailing output.

• Prepare rebar shop drawings (plans elevations sections details) according to project requirements.

• Generate bar lists placement drawings bending schedules and accessories list.

• Interpret structural/architectural drawings and coordinate details accurately.

• Apply ACI CRSI BS IS and project-specific codes.

• Identify constructability issues and raise RFIs when needed.

• Coordinate with project managers fabricators and QC teams.

• Revise drawings based on feedback or design changes.

• Ensure outputs meet client standards sheet formats and internal quality checks.

• Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.

• 1 8 years experience in rebar detailing.

• Proficiency in detailing software (AutoCAD is mandatory; knowledge of aSa CADS RC RebarCAD Tekla etc. is a plus).

• Strong understanding of structural drawings and rebar placing requirements.

• Excellent attention to detail with zero-error approach.

• Strong teamwork and communication.

• Ability to handle multiple projects.

• Willingness to learn new standards and tools.
