- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of end-to-end payment systems and processes (Cards Mobile payments Account-based payments) retail banking operations product workflows and reconciliation processes.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in creating process flows (e.g. Visio) documentation (BRDs FSDs) and basic knowledge of SQL for data analysis/troubleshooting is highly valued.
- Methodologies: Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall project methodologies is often preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication (written and verbal) strong analytical and problem-solving skills and proven stakeholder management abilities.
- Technical/Domain Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of payment life cycles clearing mechanisms and settlement processes.
- Familiarity with related banking modules such as General Ledger CRM and Limits within Finacle is highly advantageous.

- Exceptional analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
