Job Summary

Job Title: React JS Technical Lead (3 Openings)

Job Location: Santa Clara CA (Onsite)

Type: long Term Contract

Key Responsibilities:

Lead front-end development using with strong hands-on capability.
Design develop and optimize high-performance UI applications.
Participate in coding assessments (mandatory for this role).
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver scalable features.
Drive UI best practices performance optimization and modern engineering standards

Mandatory Skills:

10 years of experience in front-end development.
Strong expertise in - hooks context API performance optimization state management.
Deep experience in JavaScript TypeScript HTML CSS.
Experience with Unit Testing frameworks (Jest React Testing Library).
Ability to work independently and remain hands-on (coding-heavy role).
Must be comfortable attending & clearing a coding test.

Preferred / Good-to-Have:

Experience with GenAI tools especially (customer uses this heavily).

Exposure to cloud environments (AWS / Azure).

Prior experience working with Silicon Valley clients is a plus.
