Performs assists and completes Cardiac and Vascular Radiographic examinations. Performs active radiographic interventional procedures in the cardiovascular lab using a variety of complicated and sophisticated equipment. Operates equipment to produce digital images of designated body portions as ordered by physicians. Positions and instructs patients for examinations and performs specialized studies.

requirement:

Day shift with varied start time depending upon case load. Could be 0700 or 0800. Would depend on first case start time in the morning. We are looking for someone with interventional cardiac procedure experience including scrubbing interventional cases. Must have CA RHB license including fluoro permit. Education and Work Experience:Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: PreferredBachelors Degree in radiologic technology or equivalent (some certifications will require Bachelors): PreferredExperience in Cath Lab or Special Procedures: PreferredLicenses/Certifications:American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification: PreferredRadiologic Tech (RT) in the state of practice: RequiredCardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification: RequiredFacility Specific License/Certifications:American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification: Required
