Internship Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to support our IT staffing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing candidate data maintaining recruitment databases and ensuring accuracy in all staffing-related documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter update and maintain candidate information in the different tools like ATS E-recruitment tool etc
Upload / Download resumes job applications and supporting documents accurately.
Track candidate submissions interview schedules and onboarding status.
Maintain and update job postings on job portals and recruitment platforms.
Verify candidate details including contact information work experience and skills.
Assist recruiters with data-related tasks such as creating reports and spreadsheets.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all staffing and recruitment records.
Coordinate with the HR and Recruitment team to support hiring activities.
Retrieve data for audits reports and hiring metrics.
Maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information.
Skills & Qualifications:
02 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles (experience in staffing domain is a plus).
Strong typing speed with high accuracy.
Good knowledge of MS Excel Word Google Sheets and databases.
Ability to work with ATS or CRM tools (training will be provided if required).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
