Job Summary
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Minimum 35 years experience in back-office operations administration customer service or support environments.
At least 12 years supervisory or team leadership experience.
Experience in a fast-paced service-driven or contact centre environment is advantageous.
Exposure to quality assurance reporting or process improvement is preferred.
