The Role: Junior Campaign Manager (Performance Media)
As a Junior Campaign Manager youll play a key role in the delivery of paid media campaigns across digital platforms. From campaign builds to data analysis reporting and quality assurance youll support the team in ensuring flawless execution. This is a role for someone eager to learn passionate about performance media and ready to be hands-on with both data and platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Bring 1-2 years of experience in a digital or media agency working with paid media campaigns

Assist with campaign builds across platforms like Meta Google TikTok Pinterest and Smartly

Collect clean and manage performance data for analysis and reporting

Build reports and dashboards using Excel or Google Sheets (pivots formulas etc.)
-
Perform campaign QA checks and ensure accuracy before and after launch
-
Help track and troubleshoot campaign performance and flag issues
-
Collaborate closely with the performance team to meet deadlines and performance goals

Maintain clear documentation and structured processes
About You
-
1-2 years hands-on experience with paid media campaigns in an agency setting

Comfortable working in major ad platforms (Meta Google TikTok etc.)

Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables formulas data cleaning)
-
Detail-oriented reliable and structured in your approach to work

Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong communicator and a team player
