Qualification: BTech / MTech - Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 2 years of design experience in Control Valves
Salary: 6 LPA
Job Description:
We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to work on concept-to-prototype design for Control Valves and Globe Valve. The role includes design calculations 3D/2D modelling preparing documentation and coordinating with the engineering team
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Control Valves and prepare GA drawings hook-up schematics and BOM.
- Improve existing products for better performance and manufacturability.
- Create 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks AutoCAD or similar tools.
- Perform flow torque and structural calculations for valve components.
- Prepare design documents operation manuals and ensure error-free outputs.
- Attend meetings trainings and visit customers to resolve technical issues.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of standards: ASME ANSI FCI PED EN ASTM NACE ISO.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks & AutoCAD.
- Understanding of GD&T (ASME Y14.5 preferred).
- Good knowledge of materials manufacturing and assembly of Control Valves.
- Strong communication skills and a positive team attitude.
- Commitment to quality productivity and continuous learning.
