Make an Impact
The Opportunity Zone Investments Acquisitions and Asset Management Analyst will support our Regional Deal Leads in all aspects of Development Acquisitions and Asset Management through financial modeling and market research.
Lead the initial review of new development opportunities including reviewing offering materials conducting research and running financial models.
Critically evaluate investment opportunities and provide investment recommendations
Assist in the creation and assessment of project budgets and forecasts
Build and maintain detailed analyses related to property valuation and asset performance
Create written investment proposals for presentation to internal leadership
Research loan document covenants pertaining to leasing future funding and other covenants as necessary.
Build financial models and perform scenario analysis using Excel and Argus
What you should bring
Expert ability to create and run financial models in Excel
Bachelors Degree in Real Estate Finance or related field
1-3 years of commercial real estate analysis preferred
Proficient with Argus Enterprise
Strong verbal and written communication skills
