Job Summary

Under the general supervision of the Mercury Project Manager and the ABM Facilities Supervisor the ABM Filter Technician position performing general maintenance for Mercury Marine at the Fond du Lac campus plants and associated Wisconsin plants.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Change filters on rooftop and other building HVAC equipment

- Follow computerized maintenance schedule and complete computerized work orders

- Follow safety procedures (elevated work LOTO ESWP etc.)

- Monitor and provide feedback on filter inventory and performance

- Receive and stock filter deliveries

- Work independently and coordinate with coworkers as needed

- Assist HVAC technician with two-person tasks as needed

- Assist with snow removal seasonally (shovel salt operate snow blower and other equipment)

Job Requirements

- Valid drivers license

- Must be able to climb stairs carry filter boxes traverse roof with piping and other obstacles and other physical requirements

- Must be able to operate small powered equipment (e.g. lawn tractor snow blowers)

-Must be able to perform all the above job duties
