Responsibilities

• Ensure TFT-designated areas within the facilities are functioning daily.
• Installing mechanical equipment according to layout plans.
• Inspecting and examining machinery and equipment to detect irregularities and malfunctions.
• Adjusting machinery and repairing or replacing defective parts.
• Ensuring operating safety devices function properly on completion of repairs modifications and installations.
• Facilitate the PM program on all equipment for continuous improvement of all equipment.
• Keeping detailed and accurate maintenance reports and documentation.
• Cleaning lubricating and performing other routine maintenance work on equipment.
• Adhering to workplace safety policies regulations and compliance.
• Maintaining a clean and environmentally safe work area.
• Participates in all training requirements as they relate to all team members.
• Must be willing to work flexible shifts.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.
• 0 Lost time incidents due to the facilities state.
• Adherence to budget requirements as measured on the Performance table.
• Customer Satisfaction as measured by Customer KPI format.
• Adherence to 5S audit targets as measured on the Performance table.
• Track cost-effectiveness of maintenance initiatives.
• Completion of Opportunities for Improvements identified by team members

• Grade 12 education.
• College or University education or equivalent experience.
• Valid drivers license.
• Minimum 2 years relevant work experience millwright is an asset.
• Experience with autonomous forklifts and/or robots.
• Highly flexible with solid interpersonal skills allowing one to work effectively in a diverse working environment.
• Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Working knowledge of the safety standards of equipment.
• Welding FW flat/horizontal classification required.
• Experience with pneumatics is an asset.
• Ability to work independently without supervision and meet tight deadlines.
• Able to deal with people sensitively tactfully diplomatically and professionally always.
• Must possess intermediate computer skills.
• Valid Forklift License is preferred.
• Criminal background check Drug Screen and Post Offer Pre-employment physical
