Essential Responsibilities

• Inventory Management

• Run daily reports in SAP for buying picking etc

• Receipt of Goods including spec qty damage etc

• Review of documentation received with each shipment

• Receipt of goods and allocation

• Collation of stock where necessary

• Prioritise workload in conjunction with M&L team

• Remain compliant in all tasks

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation

• Shipping of goods

• Expedite POs escalate when needed i.e. AOG situation

• Other stores tasks that may be reasonably requested from time to time

• Goods Procurement

Desired Characteristics

• Proven experience of stock control systems

• Strong understanding of Inventory management

• Knowledge of SAP or inventory management systems

• Understanding of import/export customs processes

• Fork Lift Truck experience would be beneficial

• Purchasing experience

Qualifications/Requirements

• Computer literate Outlook Word and Excel experience

• Demonstrate strong level of verbal and written English

• Strong organisational skills including multi-tasking

• Analytical with an accurate way of working incl time management

• Excellent customer service

• Awareness of attention to detail

• Able to work independently while also being a good team player

• Flexible nature

• Problem Solving

• Sense of urgency & resilience
