渠道管理职责
能敏锐搜集行业政策市场信息商业动态及时向公司提供包括相关领域的政策招标等信息数据为公司制定对区域业务发展有价值的方案
评估筛选和管理区域的经销商建立符合公司整体策略和区域发展的经销网络通过渠道管理来帮助公司
与区域内的客户进行商业谈判建立可持续发展的业务伙伴关系同时能够准确预估及判断基于政策金融等因素所引起的潜在风险制定相应的可执行应对方案
完善区域商业客户销售网络并与商业客户建立良好的合作关系提供准确的分析报告向经销商提出经营方面的合理化建议将公司的信息和政策准确的传递给区域经销商
运用经销商资源和网络配合销售团队开发新市场和新客户为进一步提升in-market的业务增长提供帮助
和辖区内的客户合作帮助公司在招标二次议价GPO等市场准入环节提供有力支持
和公司内部的各部门包括财务供应链以及合规等进行良好的沟通与合作提供准确的市场预测确保与客户的合作中保持渠道通畅供应充足合法合规
经销商管理职责
负责商业客户档案销售合同协议的签订及管理经销商资质的管理和维护更新
签订年度经销商协议及授权区域的管理
定期召开商务医药代表经销商的三方沟通会议进行市场销售分析制定推广策略和实施跟进
经销商合规培训
组织相关部门对经销商进行产品知识培训使经销商更好的认识理解产品提高其对公司产品的认同感推广能力
跟进日常的订单和回款降低应收账款风险推动经销商达成区域内季度/年度商业指标和回款指标
每月督促经销商完成采购预测订单销量上报和库存盘点保证经销商的合理库存协调医院和终端的供货
跟进代理商上报的产品破损投诉流程完成产品赔付落实
任职资质
大学本科以上学历医学药学经济管理或市场营销等相关专业
3年以上的医药/医疗器械或商务背景具有一定的招标经验
熟悉地区商业公司运作情况外资公司和医药商业公司相关商务工作经验者优先考虑
有责任感工作认真仔细沟通能力强做事有条理思路清晰敏捷公司内部横向纵向各部门之间的沟通协调能力有一定的数字分析能力优秀的团队合作精神
优秀的语言表达和沟通能力较强的逻辑思维及数据分析能力
具备基本的英文听说读写能力熟练使用Office办公软件
