Salary Range - Depends on experience - General range however is 160K-220K base plus a 20% bonus.

Background Profile:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of software engineering experience.
5 years of experience leading and managing software engineers.
Lead a team of 5-10 software engineers.
Deep expertise in Kubernetes-based systems in a multi-cloud environment (Azure AWS GCP).
Strong experience with frontend technologies (TypeScript React) and backend development (Python).
Thorough understanding of software engineering best practices and SaaS.
Proven experience building applications powered by AI/ML models or large language models (LLMs) including tools for measuring model performance or accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A genuine interest in developing engineers and elevating team capabilities.
Ability to balance hands-on technical contributions with strategic leadership.
Strong problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguity in fast-moving environments.
Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
