Pediatric Occupational Therapy Clinician
Location: Varnville SC
Duration: 13 Weeks (Extendable)

Role Summary
The Pediatric Occupational Therapy Clinician supports student success by delivering structured therapeutic services. Responsibilities include conducting assessments establishing goals and coordinating treatment aligned with each students developmental and academic needs.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct full evaluations of motor skills sensory abilities cognition and ADLs.
- Build individualized therapeutic programs.
- Interview caregivers and teachers to support care planning.
- Create meaningful long-term goals appropriate for each student.
- Document therapy sessions responses and progress.
- Maintain accurate logs and school records.
- Manage therapy materials and supply needs.
- Follow HIPAA and school confidentiality rules.
- Complete routine administrative tasks and checklists.
- Maintain professional standards and ethics.
- Stay updated with OT best practices.
- Perform assigned duties by school leadership.
Required Background
- South Carolina OT license.
- Accredited degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Two years of pediatric or school OT experience.
- Strong computer and writing skills.
Competencies
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and prioritization capacity.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Adaptability to changing student needs.
Environment
- Travel between sites may be required.
- Regular office and therapy tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
