Job Description:

Participate in complex design projectsapplying deep expertise in Pega7 Pega8and Pega24 withastrong background in customer serviceapplications.
Manage technical implementation to ensure projectsare completed efficientlyand within budget.
Apply Pegaarchitecture security frameworksand service interfaces to create reliable software solutions.
Convert complex business needs into clear technical requirements using effective requirement gatheringand industry-standard tools.
Develop systems thatare flexible reusableand easy to maintain.
Offer development supportand designadvice throughout the project lifecycle.
Resolve technical challengesas theyarise during development.
Continuously monitorand enhance system performance.
Work collaboratively with production supportand development teams toassist end usersandaddress defects including providing emergency support when necessary.
Coordinate with partner teams in development testingand support to deliver integrated solutions.

Knowledgeand Competencies:

8-10 years of hands-on experience with Pega7 Pega8and Pega24and CLSA certification; strong background inapplication development or systemsanalysis with Pega.
Familiarity with seleniumautomation testing.
Ability to understandand debug spring boot microserviceapplications.
Proficient in SQL HTML JavaScript RDBMSand web technologies.
Skilled in system performance monitoringand optimization.
In-depth experience configuring security protocols especially OAuth2.0.
Extensive expertise in systemanalysisand software development.
Recognizedasasubject matter expert inat least onearea ofapplication development.
Capable ofadjusting priorities in response to changing needs.
