Position Overview
At Securitas we help make your world a safer place. We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Sr. Vertical Marketing Manager to drive growth in priority industry segments through targeted full-funnel marketing strategies. This role blends content marketing and account-based marketing (ABM) to build awareness generate demand and support sales in acquiring and expanding high-value accounts.
You will play a key role in shaping how Securitas communicates its value to specific verticals ensuring our messaging reflects our commitment to protecting people property and assets through intelligent security solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Vertical Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for key verticals in collaboration with sales product and commercial strategy teams.
- Analyze market trends customer needs and competitive dynamics to inform positioning and campaign planning.
Content Marketing
- Create and manage content including thought leadership client stories and campaigns across channels in partnership with marketing and sales teams
- Ensure vertical-specific content aligns with Securitas brand voice and reinforces our role as a trusted security partner.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Partner with sales to identify strategic accounts and develop personalized ABM campaigns.
- Develop messaging frameworks and assets that support engagement across buying committees and throughout the client lifecycle.
Campaign Execution
- Partner with digital marketing and inside sales teams to launch integrated campaigns across digital email social and events to drive pipeline growth.
- Collaborate with demand generation and digital teams to optimize performance and conversion.
Sales Enablement
- Equip sales teams with vertical-specific content to ensure consistent impactful client engagement across priority verticals.
- Collaborate with training team to ensure consistent messaging and value articulation.
Measurement & Optimization
- Track KPIs including engagement pipeline contribution and ROI by vertical.
- Use insights to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- 5 years of B2B marketing experience preferably in vertical or industry-specific roles.
- Proven success in developing content and ABM strategies that drive measurable results.
- Strong understanding of buyer journeys and full-funnel marketing.
- Excellent storytelling writing and communication skills.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot Marketo).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in security facilities management or technology-driven service industries.
- Familiarity with intent data personalization tools and vertical segmentation.
- Background in sales or product marketing is a plus.
