Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a job in Columbia MO.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients with speech language cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication and functional outcomes.
Provide therapy using evidence-based techniques for speech articulation fluency voice and language disorders.
Educate patients families and caregivers on therapy goals and home programs.
Maintain accurate documentation of assessments progress notes and treatment outcomes.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
Adhere to facility policies state regulations and professional standards.
Requirements:
Active Speech Language Pathologist license in Missouri.
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs may be considered if applicable.
Strong assessment diagnostic and therapeutic skills.
Effective communication and patient education abilities.
