This is a hybrid/remote opportunity with expectations to work onsite at our St. Paul MN location 12 times per month at minimum and additional onsite presence as needed. Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary range for this opportunity is $86257/annually to $129396/annually with a median salary of $107827/annually. Pay is dependent on several factors including relevant work experience and internal equity. Salary is just one component of the compensation package for employees. Gillette supports career progression and offers a competitive benefits package including a retirement saving match tuition and certification reimbursement paid time off and health and wellness benefits for .5 FTE and above.

Required
- Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Management or related field
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a strategic sourcing position
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Experience in strategic sourcing in the healthcare industry
- Experience with sourcing and contracting in the Information Service/Technology industry
- Knowledge of healthcare sourcing and GPO relationships
- Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics/Great Plains
- Human relations skills and the ability to work with all levels of management including explaining and obtaining cooperation for implementation of cost reduction initiatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to function under pressure conflicting priorities and deadlines
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (e.g. pivot tables advanced charts/graphs conditional formatting data tables basic programming)â
- Understanding of financial analysis
- Analytic problem-solving skills

- Masters Degree in Business
