Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Manage all aspects of procurement including supplier selection negotiation and contract management for raw materials and components.
Oversee inventory control and management optimizing stock levels to minimize carrying costs and prevent production delays.
Coordinate inbound logistics for materials and outbound logistics for finished goods ensuring timely and cost-efficient delivery.
Collaborate closely with production planning and manufacturing operations to ensure seamless material flow and production schedules.
Monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks disruptions and compliance issues.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience (5 years) in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or a related field.
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
Strong analytical problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes inventory optimization and lean principles.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau SQL)
International sourcing or global logistics experience
Knowledge of sustainable supply chain practices or circular economy principles
