Were looking for a seasoned Preschool Director with a strong background in leading the operational side of a thriving business. This role oversees all day-to-day school operations including HR payroll family communication and customer service marketing small event planning facilities management and budget oversight. The Director will also lead growth initiatives maintain compliance with state licensing and Quality Assurance and support recruitment staff development and performance evaluations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree required; Business Administration or related field preferred
- 2-3 years experience in a management position within a preschool setting preferred
- Highly effective organizational time management and multitasking skills
- Efficiency in follow through and attention to detail
- Excellent abilities to prioritize plan adapt and meet deadlines
- Manage school business and facility operations effectively in line with approved budget to achieve or exceed performance targets.
- Be a self-starter and have the ability to think creatively to solve problems.
- Success in recruiting training and retaining faculty
- Strong computer (Outlook Excel Word) skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High levels of professionalism standards dependable commitment motivation energy and enthusiasm
- An advocate of professional development and teamwork
- Demonstrate responsiveness and sensitivity to the needs of children families and staff
- Excellent customer service
