The Team:
The team is responsible for workflow digitization and automation across the Commodity Insights divisions. Using a hybrid of low code/no code platforms you will have the opportunity to work with people from a wide variety of backgrounds and will be able to develop a close team dynamic with coworkers from around the globe.

We are seeking a Scrum Master who is not only an Agile expert but also passionate about harnessing AI to enable measurable efficiency gains within Agile delivery.


Role Overview

As Scrum Master you will serve as a servant-leader and coach for two or more Agile teams ensuring delivery excellence and a culture of continuous improvement. Beyond traditional Agile practices you will champion the integration of AI-driven tools and practices to streamline workflows optimize velocity and reduce delivery friction.

In addition to traditional Scrum Master responsibilities this role offers the unique opportunity to redefine Agile delivery using AI. Youll explore and implement AI-driven practices that streamline team workflows and unlock more time for coaching and value delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide teams in applying Agile/SAFe practices ensuring alignment with business priorities in a regulated FinTech environment.
  • Facilitate Iteration planning reviews retrospectives and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Coach Product Owners Developers and QA on Agile mindset transparency and accountability.
  • Identify delivery bottlenecks and introduce AI-powered solutions (e.g. backlog refinement automation predictive analytics for velocity GenAI for documentation/test generation).
  • Partner with Engineering and Business stakeholders to ensure compliance risk management and value delivery.
  • Track and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) that demonstrate not just throughput but efficiency gains and cost/time savings.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making leveraging AI to measure and continuously improve productivity.
  • Promote knowledge sharing across Agile Release Trains Solution Trains and leadership teams.

Qualifications

  • 4 to 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master Agile Coach or RTE preferably in FinTech or highly regulated industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum SAFe Kanban) and proven ability to implement at scale.
  • Track record of driving measurable efficiency improvements (e.g. reduction in cycle time faster defect resolution automated reporting).
  • Excellent facilitation and servant-leadership skills with the ability to influence across technical and business teams.
  • Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or RTE certification preferred.
