Roles and Responsibilities
Mentor coach and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
Develop and execute mass and bulk hiring strategies to meet organizational staffing needs collaborating with hiring managers to understand requirements.
Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle including sourcing screening interviewing offer extension and onboarding for high volumes of candidates.
Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-hire cost-per-hire) to drive continuous improvement and report on hiring progress.
Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the high-volume hiring process.
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to build a pipeline of candidates for high-demand roles.
Partner with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to align on needs and ensure successful hiring outcomes.
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies to support bulk hiring efforts.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and company policies.
Qualification :
Minimum of 3-6 years of recruitment experience with proven experience in a leadership or team lead role and experience with high-volume or bulk hiring.
Skills:
Strong leadership coaching and team management skills.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in recruitment tools such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field is often preferred.
