The Role

The React Native Solution Architect will be the mobile technical authority responsible for standardizing Innovapptives React Native architecture across multiple product lines. Reporting to the VP of Technology & Architecture this role owns mobile performance reliability and offline-sync excellence while driving the adoption of AI-augmented development practices.

This is not a traditional mobile architect role it is a full-stack AI Solution Architecture role focused on designing self-healing telemetry-driven and AI-assisted mobile systems that deliver superior user experience and reliability across harsh industrial environments.

How You Will Make An Impact.

1. Architect the Next-Gen Mobile Framework

• Define and evolve Innovapptives React Native architecture blueprint ensuring modularity maintainability and cross-suite scalability.
• Embed AI-assisted development patterns using and for rapid prototyping linting and refactoring.
• Implement a telemetry-first mobile runtime with Sentry LeakCanary and Firebase integrated to track reliability KPIs in real time.

2. Drive Offline Sync and Performance Excellence

• Standardize architecture for RapidSync offline data engine and delta-based synchronization across product suites.
• Optimize startup time render performance and network efficiency through AI-driven profiling and automated regression detection.
• Design fallback logic for field-critical operations in low-connectivity zones.

3. Institutionalize AI-Driven Quality

• Integrate Testim and other automation tools into CI/CD for autonomous regression validation.
• Deploy AI agents that monitor crash clusters auto-generate RCA summaries and recommend corrective actions.
• Partner with QA and Engineering Ops to establish release gates tied to telemetry thresholds (crash-free > 99 %).

4. Mentor and Scale Excellence

• Mentor Senior React Native Developers guiding them toward AI-First engineering practices.
• Codify reusable components best practices and design patterns into a Mobile Architecture Playbook governed by AI validation checks.
• Collaborate closely with backend and integration architects to ensure end-to-end data consistency and API performance.

5. Champion Cross-Platform Innovation

• Lead pilots that bring Generative AI and Computer Vision capabilities (camera intelligence defect detection auto-annotation) to mobile workflows.
• Partner with Product & Design teams to deliver an intuitive consistent and modern industrial UX/UI.
• Evaluate new React Native modules and AI SDKs to extend platform capability and performance.

What You Bring to The Team

• 10 years of mobile engineering experience with at least 5 years in React Native architecture and development.
• Proven record of architecting scaling and optimizing enterprise-grade mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript Redux Native Modules and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven developer tools (ChatGPT Testim).
• Deep knowledge of offline-first design sync patterns and mobile telemetry (Sentry LeakCanary Firebase Crashlytics).
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines App Store / MDM deployment and release automation.
• Excellent communication documentation and customer-facing skills; capable of leading design reviews and technical workshops.

Success Metrics (FIRST 90-180 Days)

• Unified React Native architecture deployed across all mobile suites.
• AI-assisted developer workflows ( in daily use increasing code velocity by > 40 %.
• Crash-free user rate 99 % with measurable performance improvement.
• RapidSync performance improved > 30 % through telemetry optimization.
• Architecture Playbook and component library published and adopted.
